As a qualified Building Surveyor, you will operate as a trusted advisor to our clients, and be responsible for providing practical and pragmatic advice on a range of building surveying and project management activities.
You learn through experience. Our grad scheme is tailored to provide one to one support from a Director or Associate Director, but also encourages autonomy to learn from practical site experience and managing your own projects.
There is an emphasis on team work, open communication and accountability, this stops you ever feeling out of your depth.
